Client Acquisition Specialist

As a Client Acquisition Specialist at INNO, you will be an essential part of our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new clients. Your role is crucial in driving our company's growth by expanding our client base and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use various methods, including online research, networking, and cold outreach, to identify and qualify potential clients.

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting INNO's services as solutions.

  • Deal Closing: Nurture leads through the sales process and bring deals to a successful close, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

Requirements

  • No Degree Requirement as long fit for the position

  • Plus points if with degree and proven record

  • 2 to 3 years experience

  • Open to fresh graduates as long with proven track record

  • Portfolio or Proven track record is required

  • Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • A deep understanding of client needs and a consultative approach to sales.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and branding services is a plus.
